秩边透水道技术对催产素致痛经大鼠下丘脑5-羟色胺调控机制的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察传统针刺与针刺秩边透水道对催产素致痛经大鼠下丘脑5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响。方法:20只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、关元组、秩边透水道组,制备催产素痛经大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠的扭体次数,通过放射免疫分析检测大鼠下丘脑5-HT含量。结果:秩边透水道组大鼠扭体发生率明显低于模型组,下丘脑5-HT含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05),与对照组、关元组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:秩边透水道技术能提高大鼠中枢5-HT的合成率与利用率,加强抑制性神经递质的释放,起到中枢镇痛作用,从而有效缓解痛经。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the change of 5-HT content in the hypothalamus of dysmenorrhea rats induced by oxytocin to explore mechanism of the treatment method of Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28). Methods:20 female SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Guanyuan group,Zhibian through Shuidao group. Beside the control group,the other groups′s rats were given oxytocin to make the dysmenorrhea model. Guanyuan group and Zhibian through Shuidao group were given corresponding treatment. The writhing occurrence rates and the 5-HT content in the hypothalamus were observed. Results:The incidence rate of writhing in rats with Zhibian group was significantly lower than that in model group. The content of 5-HT in hypothalamus of Zhibian through Shuidao group was significantly higher than that in model group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)can improve the synthesis rate and utilization rate of 5-HT in central nervous system,strengthen the release of inhibitory neurotransmitter and play a central analgesic effect so as to effectively relieve dysmenorrhea.
