【Abstract】 On purpose of promoting quality safety in construction industry,this thesis,referring to previous experience in Singapore,proposes a new engineering insurance mechanism based on third party security institutions and analyzes the synergy mechanism of liability insurance of safety and third party institutions.First,this thesis analyses the current situation of China’s engineering insurance and summaries existing problems.Then,a comparison between relevant insurance mechanisms in developed countries are made,analyzing the causes.Finally,this thesis raises a new engineering insurance mechanism based on third party security institutions and provides implementation proposals.更多还原
