新型纤维增强复合材料闸门施工技术研究
Research on the Construction Technology of New FRP Sluice Gate
【摘要】 使用纤维增强复合材料(FRP)作为水工闸门的主要结构材料,能解决传统材料闸门中出现的很多问题。结合FRP材料特性,对FRP闸门施工中的拼接、止水、起吊与安装等主要技术进行合理的设计与分析,对施工工艺流程及施工步骤与方法进行详细介绍,并简单对比了FRP闸门与传统材料闸门施工技术的差异。
【Abstract】 Sluice gate with FRP as the main structural material can solve many problems occurs in the traditional gate. The paper designs and analyzes the main construction technologies of FRP sluice gate like splicing,sealing,lifting and installation according to the material properties of FRP. And a detail introduction of the construction process and procedures is given. The difference of construction technology between FRP gate and the traditional gate is analyzed. Thus the guidance and basis for the construction of FRP gate is provided.
