某中学教学楼改扩建技术方案

【摘要】 以湖北省某镇中学砖混结构的教学楼改扩建为例,通过选择合适的结构形式、设置防震缝、墙体节能措施以及新、旧建筑连接处的加固及基础处理等方案设计,保证工程具有较好的施工条件而不影响旧教学楼的正常使用;同时增强了房屋抗震性能,满足结构受力的要求,节约改扩建的工程造价,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Taking reconstruction and expansion project of a middle school ’s brick-concrete structure buildings in a town in Hubei Province as an example,by means of solution designs as choosing the appropriate forms of structure,setting seismic joint suitably,using energy-conserving guarantee measure of the wall,selecting the strengthening method of the connections in new or old building and foundation treatment,we can guarantee that the project have better construction conditions and the old buildings still in work. In the meantime,the ability to resist earthquakes of the building would be improved,the requirements of structure stress would be contented,the cost of project would be reduced,and the great economic and environmental benefits would be achieved.
