【摘要】 通过对某工程外墙和内墙渗漏处现场鉴定检测分析,发现外窗框与洞口之间缝隙填充处理不当以及外框与窗台间密封胶施工不规范是导致外墙渗漏的主要原因。卫生间防水层在门洞口处的构造不合理是导致卫生间附近内墙洇水的主要原因。最后给出了详细的修复方法,解决了渗漏问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis and appraisal of leakage in internal and exterior walls of a residential building,it is found that the main reason leading to the walls leakage is the wrong way to treat the seam between window frame and openings,and also the wrong way construction of gasket cement. The toilet waterproof layer at the door opening structure unreasonable is the main reason leading to the toilet near the inner wall of seeping water. Finally,a detailed repair method is presented to solve the leakage problem.更多还原
