【摘要】 地下结构上浮、变形缝渗漏等问题在地下工程中时有发生。地下室底板不均匀上浮、坡道滑移等原因会造成变形缝两侧出现高差、变形缝宽度变大、止水带断裂,导致变形缝处渗漏,在治理过程中存在很大困难。结合某大型地下室变形缝渗漏治理,引进新型变形缝堵漏技术,同时对变形缝宽度进行缩缝修复,采用"自上而下"钢管注浆桩抗浮锚杆控制上浮,取得了比较好的治理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The floating basement and the leakage of deformation joints in underground garage appear occasionally. The heights differing in the two sides of movement joint are caused by the basement ’s floating and the channel slippage. It is difficult to treat the leakage of the deformation joint. Combined with the leakage treatment of a basement’s deformation joint,the performances and application of some new techniques are selected,the ‘from top to down’anti-floating anchor rods of steel grouting piles is introduced to prevent the basement floor from floating.更多还原
