【摘要】 基于深圳市"禁摩限电"规定的影响,从实施与管理、市民满意度、城市与交通发展等3个方面建立评价的指标体系.运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,对深圳市"禁摩限电"政策实施效果评价,并通过灵敏度分析,找到影响评价效果的主要因素.为政府部门今后进一步提高"禁摩限电"的效果,提出了可参考的优化方案和配套措施.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the influence of Shenzhen City′s"Motorbike prohibition and electric bike restriction"policy,an evaluation index system was established from three aspects of implementation and management,citizen satisfaction,city and traffic development.By using hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the effect of the policy was evalued,and the main factors influencing the evaluation effect were found proposed by sensitivity analysis.Then,the optimization plan and supporting measurements were put forward for government departments for further improving the of the policy effect.更多还原
