【摘要】 十多年来,陕西远程教育得到快速发展。为了摸清情况、发现问题,为政府制定有关政策提供依据,省教育厅委托陕西省高等继续教育学会实施了本次调研。调研以依托机构和校外学习中心为对象,以数据统计为基础,从宏观和中观角度对陕西区域内学习中心的规模、结构、分布、质量、管理等方面的状况进行了梳理和分析,总结了学习中心发展和管理方面存在的问题,提出了改进的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 More than and 10 years,Shaanxi has been the rapid development of distance education. In order to find out the situation,identify problems,provide the basis for government to formulate relevant policies,the Provincial Department of Education commissioned by the Shaanxi provincial higher education society to implementation of this research. The research based on mechanism and Learning Center as the object,based on statistics,learning center scale. In the Shaanxi region from the macro and meso structure,distribution,quality,management and other aspects of the situation were sorted and analyzed,summed up the existing learning center development and management problems,put forward the improvement suggestions.更多还原
