【Abstract】 Chaotic modulation could be used to reduce electromagnetic interference with switching-mode power supply,but its influence on the remaining useful life of switching-mode power supply is yet to be examined. This paper focuses on the critical components and their failure mode resulting in the failure of switching converters. Analyses and simulations are further conducted on the influence of chaotic modulation towards the critical components and that of the possible failure of chaotic modulation to the system.更多还原
