【摘要】 2014年"中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)"数据显示,居家老人对医疗保健类社区服务需求最高;对精神慰藉类社区服务需求次之;对日常生活照料类社区服务需求相对较低。居家老人群体中,独居与非独居老人对社区服务的需求存在较显著差异,独居老人对日常生活照料、精神慰藉等方面社区服务需求均明显高于非独居老人。基于独居与非独居老人社区服务需求现状及其异质性特征,居家老人社区服务应重点关注独居老人群体,着力建设社区医疗保健服务体系,同时完善精神慰藉和日常生活照料服务体系,强化社区服务中心的功能,营造社区互助氛围,建构多样化、多层次、精细化的社区服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to"Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)"in 2014,the inhome elderly has the highest demand for medical treatment and health care community service;spiritual comfort demands of community services takes the second place;and the daily life care community service demand is relatively low.There is a significant difference of the demand for community services between the living alone and non-alone in-home elderly,and the living alone inhome elderly has obviously higher demands of daily life care and spiritual consolation of community care than the non-alone.Based on the present situation and the heterogeneity of community service demand of the living alone in-home elderly and non-alone,the elderly community service should focus on the living alone in-home elderly,put forth effort to build the community health care service system,meanwhile,it should improve the spiritual comfort and the daily life care service system,strengthen the function of community service center,create the mutual assistance atmosphere,implement "Instead rent with accompanying",and construct a diversified, multilevel and sophisticated community service system.更多还原
