数据交换技术在加热炉上的应用
Application of Data Exchange Technology in the Heating Furnace
【摘要】 莱钢宽厚板加热炉控制系统由基础自动化级、过程控制级及生产过程执行管理级组成,介绍了各系统间的通讯方式,包括以TCP/IP Socket电文方式完成生产过程执行管理系统与过程控制系统之间的通讯,使用.NET框架推出的信道技术实现的过程控制系统内部通讯以及采用电文实现过程控制系统与基础自动化系统之间通讯等。系统投用后,数据交换运行稳定、控制精度高,炉内温差波动在5℃以内,吨钢煤耗同比降低21%。
【Abstract】 The control system is composed of basic automation system, process control system and manufacturing execution system in Laigang heavy plate heating furnace. The paper introduced the communication between manufacturing execution system and process control system, which is based on TCP/IP socket. The communication in process control system is based on message channel technique of Microsoft.NET architecture. The communication between basic automation system and process control system is based on TCP/IP cable. After the system was put into operation, temperature fluctuation in furnace was controlled within 5 ℃, coal consumption per ton of steel was reduced by 21%, and reheating quality was improved.
