线栓法致大鼠MCAO/IR模型缺血/再灌注时间与发病机制研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism and IR time in MCAO/IR model rats with string-fastenting method
【摘要】 线栓法致大鼠大脑中动脉线栓/缺血再灌注模型是研究缺血性脑损伤最常用的动物模型。近年来,对线栓法致大鼠大脑中动脉线栓/缺血再灌注(MCAO/IR)模型的应用和研究颇多,本文拟对该模型研究中缺血/再灌注时间与部分发病机制之间的相关性及指标的动态变化进行综述,旨在为临床药物研究中缺血与再灌注时间的选择及评价指标选择提供参考,也为今后该动物模型的研究提供一定的线索。
【Abstract】 The MCAO / IR model in rats induced by thread embolism in middle cerebral artery is the most common used animal model in the research of ischemic brain injury.In recent years,many researches has been conducted on this animal model.This article reviewed the correlation in the time of ischemia-reperfusion( IR) and the mechanism,aimed to provide references for the selection in IR time and evaluation index in drug research and also provide some clues for the future study in MCAO / IR model rats.
