【Abstract】 Prostate cancer inevitably progresses to incurable castration- resistant prostate cancer and distant metastasis after androgen deprivation therapy. Chemotherapy is mainly used in clinical,but prostate will gradually more chemotherapeutic drug resistance. The tumor microenvironment plays an indispensable role in cancer progression,and it is closely linked to cancer resistance. The paper reviewed the tumor microenvironment and mechanisms of drug resistance in prostate cancer in order to provide an alternative strategy and new targets for prostate cancer therapy.更多还原
