【摘要】 本研究采用定性的研究方法,从语言观、语言学习观和语言教学观三个方面调查壮族地区初中英语教师的教学理念,探究教师的教学理念与教学行为之间的关系以及影响教师教学理念形成的主要因素。结果发现,年轻教师与专家型教师持有一些共同的教学理念,但与专家型教师还存在一定的差距;教师的教学理念与教学行为基本一致,但由于受到一些因素,比如教育制度、考试制度的影响,导致教师真正的教学理念在课堂教学中难以得到体现。因此,年轻教师应不断进行审视和反思,更新教学理念,同时,也应建立完善的教师培训制度,提高教师队伍水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study adopts the qualitative research method, which inquiries the junior high English teachers’ teaching ideas in Zhuang Autonomous Region from three dimensions: language concepts, language learning concepts and language teaching concepts. It also studies the relation between teachers’ teaching ideas and their teaching behaviors, and the main infl uential factors in developing teachers’ teaching ideas. The results show that young teachers share some common teaching ideas with expert teachers, but there are still differences between them. Teaching ideas are generally in accordance with teaching practices, however, because of some factors from educational system and examination system, teachers’ ideas can’t be implemented in class. Therefore, young teachers should introspect their own teaching ideas and renew them continuously. Meanwhile, a complete teacher education system should be built to optimize the faculty team.更多还原
