基于动态生物组织参数的微波热消融仿真研究
Simulation Analysis of Microwave Ablation based on Dynamic Biological Tissue properties
【摘要】 本研究采用基于实验数据的以温度为自变量的动态组织参数,建立了临床常用微波针的仿真模型,并在仿真过程中循环更新组织参数值以实现微波消融过程的动态仿真计算。仿真结果表明该模型的计算结果与实验数据具有较高的一致性,消融区域大小和形状及温度变化与实验结果相吻合。因此,该方法建立的微波消融动态模型,为临床微波消融治疗的手术计划制定、治疗温度实时监控及疗效评估提供了新的依据。
【Abstract】 A new simulation model based on a frequently used microwave ablation needle was proposed. Dynamic tissue parameters obtained from experiments were used in this model and dynamic updating was introduced in the calculation process. This model showed consistent results with microwave ablation experiments,size of the ablated area and temperature changes matching the experiment results well. Thus,this novel simulation model is helpful for decision of treatment plan,temperature monitoring and evaluation of the curative effects of microwave ablation.
