【Abstract】 Establishment of perfect mechanism of cooperative benefit allocation of school-enterprise cooperation is the key to ensure education for sustainable development.Through in-depth discussion allocation mechanisms of cooperation between schools and enterprises interests,in order to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises operating mechanism of understanding,thus promoting the smooth progress of cooperation between enterprises.
