基于动态矩阵的溶解氧自适应预测控制方法

【摘要】 针对污水处理系统中溶解氧大时滞的精确模型难建立,且缺少有效控制等问题,提出了一种以动态矩阵为基础的自适应预测PID控制方法,以此达到控制溶解氧的目的。该算法建立了溶解氧控制的广义被控对象的预测模型,并在对溶解氧控制滚动优化中考虑能耗经济优化因素,利用反馈校正调整模型预测误差,从而有效克服了溶解氧大时滞的精确模型难建立等问题。仿真试验表明,与PID控制相比,所设计的控制算法能改善系统的动态性能,鲁棒性更强。工程模拟调试也验证了该控制策略的可行性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of dissolved oxygen in wastewater treatment system that the accurate model of the large delay time is difficult to be established and is short of effective control,a dynamic matrix-based adaptive predictive PID control method is proposed to achieve the purpose of controlling dissolved oxygen.The proposed algorithm is used to establish the prediction model of the generalized controlled object of the dissolved oxygen control.The economic optimization of energy consumption is considered into the rolling optimization of the control of dissolved oxygen.And then the feedback model of correction and adjustment is adopted to predict the error.Compared with PID control,the simulation test shows that the proposed algorithm can greatly improve the dynamic performance of the system,and has a sufficient robustness.The feasibility of the control strategy is also verified by engineering simulation.
