某国Ⅴ排放轻型柴油机活塞设计研究
Research on the Design of LVD Piston under China Ⅴ Emission Standard
【摘要】 针对国Ⅴ排放阶段轻型柴油机要求,设计满足某发动机使用要求的铝合金活塞。利用活塞各结构强度计算方法和有限元分析软件,对该活塞进行结构设计与强度校核,通过对活塞各部位不断进行优化改进,出具了最终设计方案。在发动机客户样件装机后,顺利通过了各项台架试验,由此可以判定活塞设计方案满足发动机性能要求。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements of China Ⅴ emission standard for LVD,an aluminum alloy piston was designed to meet the requirement of engine. Using strength calculation method of piston and FEA software,we have finished structural design and strength check of the piston.Throughcontinuous improvement of piston structure,the final design scheme is issued. And the sample which was installed in host customer passed all bench tests. So we can say the design case can meet the requirement of the engine.
