岩心流动实验平台的数字化改造
Digital Reconstruction of Core Flow Experiment Platform
【摘要】 针对目前较为简单的手动控制、指针显示模式的岩心流动实验平台,在安装了压力、流量和温度传感器、数据采集卡、具有数据传输功能的电子天平以及配套的计算机控制系统之后其数字化程度大大提高。相比手工记录数据的传统模式,实时跟踪记录数据的计算机模式使得数据的采集更加精确全面,更能准确反映评价结果。另外,经过数字化改造后,装置的操作更加直接迅速,装置的使用效率大大提高。
【Abstract】 According to the core flow experiment platform which still hold the simple model of manual control and pointer display,after the installation of pressure,flow and temperature sensors,data acquisition card,the electronic balance which has the function of data transmission and the supporting the digital computer control system,the digital degree of the platform is greatly improved. Compared with the traditional mode of manual recording data,the model of real-time tracking and recording data with the computer makes the acquisition of data more accurate and comprehensive,which can reflect the results of the evaluation more accurately. In addition,after the digital reconstruction,the operation of the platform become more direct and quick and the use efficiency of the device is greatly enhanced.
