【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯(TBT)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱物,-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为改性剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了硅溶胶、钛溶胶、改性硅溶胶、改性钛溶胶、硅钛复合溶胶、改性硅钛复合溶胶,并与聚苯乙烯磺酸型树脂相混合,制备了一系列相应的溶胶和聚苯乙烯树脂组合液。以氧化铝小球为载体,通过浸渍的方式,得到一系列不同负载量、离子交换容量的小球。将其用于乙酸和甲醇制备乙酸甲酯的酯化反应中,考察各自的催化效果和附着效果。实验结果表明:通过氧化铝小球浸渍在改性硅钛复合溶胶和聚苯乙烯树脂组合液中,平均1g小球负载0.13g树脂,离子交换容量为0.82mmol/g,在60℃反应条件下,酯化反应转化率为6.36%,在反应过程中催化剂质量减少4.95%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of sol were prepared including silica sol,titanium sol,modified silica sol,modified titanium sol,silica and titanium composite sol,modified silica and titanium composite sol by sol- gel method,using butyl titanate( TBT) and ethyl silicate( TEOS) as precursors and- methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane( KH- 570) as modifying agent. A series of corresponding sol- polystyrene resin composite solution were prepared when they were mixed with polystyrene sulfonic acid resin.Small alumina pellets with different loading amount and ion exchange capacity obtained by impregnation method were used in esterification reaction of acetic acid with methanol to investigate the catalytic effect and adhesion effect. The results showed that1 g spheres loaded 0. 13 g resin averagely and ion exchange capacity achieved 0. 82 mmol/g.
