【摘要】 应用型本科院中化工类专业毕业生要求具备专业基础知识扎实、实践能力强、职业化综合技能全面,才能够符合用人单位对化工类人才的素质要求。研究发现,高校毕业生存在工作内容要求不务实、工作福利待遇要求高、职业发展认识过于片面、职业化综合能力不足的问题。为此,高校须在就业指导教师队伍的建设、优化化工类人才培养方案等方面进行改革发力,以期提高化工类专业学生的就业能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The students of chemistry specialty in application-oriented university need grasping the basic chemistry knowledge,practical ability and professional comprehensive skill,meeting the demand for employing unit.The research has found that the graduates ’ requirements of working content were not pragmatic,the wages they needed were high,the understanding of career development was unilateral,the professional comprehensive ability was insufficient.For raising employment ability of Chemistry-majored students,the university need to strengthen construction of career advisors,optimize talent training plan.更多还原
