FeVO4的制备及其光催化降解扑热息痛的实验研究

【摘要】 FeVO4具有较高可见光催化活性、较窄能隙等优点逐渐成为近年来研究的新型可见光响应型光催化材料。本论文利用水热法,以FeCL3和NH4VO3为原料制备了FeVO4光催化剂,并以FeVO4为光催化剂,探讨了不同条件下光催化系统对扑热息痛光降解的影响,同时考察了光源强度、催化剂投加量对其降解率的影响。结果表明FeVO4光催化剂能有效提高光催化效果,在高压汞灯投加双氧水的体系下,反应5h时基本达到90%以上,最终去除率达到98%以上。催化剂的最佳投加量为0.3g/200mL。不同光照强度对扑热息痛的降解有一定的影响,在高压汞灯500W的光催化扑热息痛的最终降解率达到了99.8%,对扑热息痛基本降解完全。

【Abstract】 FeVO4 has a high visible light catalytic activity,narrow gap,etc.gradually become the new light-responsive photocatalytic material in recent years.In this paper,the use of hydrothermal method to FeCL3 and NH4VO3 was prepared from FeVO4 photocatalyst and FeVO4 photocatalyst study the effects of different conditions photocatalytic system paracetamol photodegradation also studied the light source intensity,dose of catalyst the amount of influence on the degradation rate.The results showed that FeVO4 photocatalyst can improve the photocatalytic effect in the high-pressure mercury lamp under hydrogen peroxide dosing system,reaction time 5h substantially more than 90%,the final removal of more than 98%.The best dosage of catalyst is 0.3g/200 m L.Different light intensity for paracetamol degradation of some influence,eventually photocatalytic degradation rate of paracetamol 500 W high pressure mercury lamp has reached 99.8%,substantially complete degradation of paracetamol.
