【摘要】 文中通过对现有职工教育培训模式进行分析,基于在移动智能设备上所开发的MobiMOOC平台,提出将翻转课堂模式移植到职工教育培训过程中,设计与构建出以职工为中心的混合式学习的创新培训模式。通过该模式的运作实施,切实培养了职工的自主学习与协作学习能力,有力提升了职工的岗位技能和助推了企业可持续的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of existing staff training model,flipped classroom model being transplanted to staff training model using MobiMOOC platform in the mobile smart devices were elaborated in this paper. The innovative training model of the blended learning centered on the staff was designed and established. Through the training model carrying out,independent learning and collaborative learning ability of the staff were earnestly cultivated,the job skills of the staff were effectively enhanced and the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises were boosted.更多还原
