含氟酯基硫杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成及其对Pb2+荧光传感性能研究
Synthesis of Fluorinated Ester Group-based Thiacalix[4]arene and Its Fluorescence Sensing for Pb2+
【摘要】 合成了2-氟-3-吡啶酯基硫桥杯[4]芳烃衍生物F(C64H56F4N4O8S4),并通过1H NMR核磁共振,19F NMR核磁共振,IR进行了初步表征。通过荧光光谱实验研究了衍生物F对K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Pb2+,Hg2+等多种不同金属离子的荧光响应。结果表明,F对Pb2+表现出很好的荧光猝灭效应和良好的选择专一性。
【Abstract】 2- fluoro- 3- pyridine- thiacalix[4]arene F( C64H56F4N4O8S4) was synthesized and characterized by1H NMR,19F NMR and IR. Fluorescence techniques was used for the analysis of F towards different kinds of ions such as K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Pb2+,Hg2+. It figured out that F showed remarkable fluorescence quenching effect and good specificity for P2+.
