【Abstract】 This paper from the concept of life-cycle management of assets,combined with the actual situation of pumped storage power station,establishes a pumped storage plant asset life-cycle index system and an AHP assessment method is used.Index system is divided into program planning,procurement construction,operation,and disposal of retired four stages,each stage has broken down under a number of quantitative and qualitative indicators,and the indicators included in each description of the meaning and methods of quantification.Hopefully,the article could be useful for evaluation basis,experience and decision-making.更多还原
