山东智能电网调度控制系统关键技术研究
Key Technology of Shandong Smart Grid Dispatching and Control System
【摘要】 随着"外电入鲁"进程加速,含特高压交直流电网的大电网调度控制对控制系统不断提出新的要求。介绍山东已投运的智能电网调度控制系统,从软硬件架构、数据平台技术、人机交互及可视化技术3个方面阐述系统平台关键技术及应用情况。结合山东电网"十三五"调控应用需求分析提出平台技术研发方向,以期为相关研究建设工作提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the process of external electric power injecting into Shandong power grid, dispatching and control of large power grid containing UHV AC and DC have to meet new requirements. Key technology and its application are discussed from three aspects, namely software and hardware architecture, data platform technology and human computer interaction and visualization. Development direction is put forward according to the application demand of Shandong electric power in the thirteenth five periods, in order to provide a reference for relevant research and construction work.
