电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定石膏矿样品中的三氧化硫
Determination of Sulphur Trioxid in Gypsum Samples by Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrum
【摘要】 样品用稀盐酸处理,在酸性条件下石膏样品中的三氧化硫以硫酸根状态存在于待测溶液中,过滤除去酸不溶物。处理好的待测溶液可直接上等离子体发射光谱仪ICAP-6300(美国热电制造)上测定。方法的检出限为0.01%,采用本法测定国家标准物质GBW03109,GBW03109a,GBW03110,GBW03111a,结果表明标准样品测定的相对误差为-0.411%~0.274%,相对误差允许限为1.07%,能够满足分析质量要求。
【Abstract】 In order to determine sulphur trioxid,first,the sample should be treated with dilute hydrochloric acid.Under acidic conditions,sulphur trioxid in the gypsum samples occurred in sulfate in testing solution as sulphate,then filtrated acid insoluble substances. After processing,the testing solution can be determined directly on the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. The detection limit of the determination method is 0.01%,and national standard materials are GBW03109,GBW03109 a,GBW03110 and GBW03111 a. It is showed that the relative error of standard sample is 0. 26% ~ 0. 69%,allowed limit of relative error is 1. 45% which can meet the quality requirements.
