【摘要】 目的:建立清胃合剂的质量控制方法,为其产品的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中黄芩、黄连、延胡索、甘草等主要药味进行定性鉴别研究;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱图中能清晰检出黄芩、黄连、延胡索、甘草;黄芩苷进样量在0.0616~1.848μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为101.40%,RSD为1.61%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法专属性强、准确、简便,可较好地控制清胃合剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality control method of Qingwei Mixture,providing the basis for controlling the product quality. Methods: Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma Corydalis,Liquorice in Qingwei Mixture were qualitative identified by TLC; the HPLC method was adopted to determine the baicalin content. Results: Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba,Licorice in Qingwei Mixture could be detected by TLC; the sample size of baicalin within the concentration range of0. 0616μg ~ 1. 848μg had good linear relationship with the peak area( r = 1. 000); the average recovery rate was 101. 40%,RSD= 1. 61%( n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is strongly specific,accurate and simple,and can better control the quality of Qingwei Mixture.更多还原
