【摘要】 目的:建立丹芩消郁合剂的质量控制方法,为保证产品质量提供理论依据。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中黄芩、白芍等主要药味进行定性鉴别研究;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱图中能清晰检出样品中黄芩、白芍、当归成分;当峰面积与黄芩苷含量呈线性关系时(R2=0.9994),黄芩苷进样浓度在0.0188mg/ml~1.2mg/ml范围内;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.7%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简单、重复性强、专属性强、准确,可有效地控制丹芩消郁合剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality control method of Danqinxiaoyu Mixture,provide the basis for control the product quality. Methods Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba in Danqinxiaoyu Mixture were qualitative identified by TLC; the HPLC method was adopted to determine the baicalin content. Results Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Danqinxiaoyu Mixture could be detected by TLC; the sample size of baicalin within the concentration range of0. 0188 mg / ml ~ 1. 2mg / ml had good linear relationship with the peak area( R2= 0. 9994); the average recovery rate was100. 3%,RSD = 1. 7%.
