【Abstract】 The widely concerned reasons of heavy metal elements found in shellfish were discussed; accuracy, precision, detection period and other factors were compared among three conventional detection methods of heavy metal elements in shellfish including atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The advantages and disadvantages, and application scope of each detection method were discussed. The development trend of the detection methods of heavy metal elements in shellfish was prospected.更多还原
