海拔对暗紫贝母生长及总生物碱含量的影响

【摘要】 为研究不同海拔梯度对暗紫贝母幼苗生长及总生物碱含量的影响,以株高为生长指标,采用酸性染料比色法,比较其总生物碱含量变化。结果表明:在一定海拔范围内,高海拔和低海拔段暗紫贝母幼苗苗高均显著低于中海拔段;5月~6月份幼苗苗高的生长量显著高于6月~7月份幼苗苗高的生长量;总生物碱含量则随海拔升高而增加。研究结果表明海拔梯度会对暗紫贝母生长及总生物碱含量产生一定程度的影响,这可能是由无雪期的长度、气温等环境因子决定的。

【Abstract】 To provide theoretical support for artificial cultivation of Fritillaria unibracteat and to lay a foundation for protection of its wild resource,studies were made of the effects of altitudinal variation on seedling growth and the content of total alkaloid in this paper. The content of total alkaloid in Fritillaria unibracteata was measured by using acid dye colorimetry method. The seedling-height also was measured to evaluate its growth condition. The results showed that within a certain range of altitude,the height of Fritillaria unibracteata seedlings at the high and lower elevations were significantly lower than that at the medium elevation; The growth of seedling height was significantly faster from May to June than that from June to July. In conclusion,altitude exerted a strong influence on seedling growth and total alkaloid content of Fritillaria unibracteata,which might be mainly affected by the length of snow-free period,air temperature and soil water content.
