CAST工艺脱氮除磷特性生产性试验研究

【摘要】 针对目前国内对CAST工艺的研究多以模型试验为主,其研究成果往往不能直接应用于实际生产的现状,对处理城市生活污水的CAST工艺进行了生产性试验研究,重点考察其对氮、磷的去除特性。试验结果表明,当MLSS为3 5004 000mg/L,周期为4h,进水曝气阶段DO为00.5 mg/L,纯曝气阶段DO为23 mg/L,COD容积负荷为0.30.8kg/(m3·d),SRT为68d,水温为15℃21℃时,CAST工艺对磷的去除效果良好,TP平均去除率可达82.2%,出水TP平均值为0.25mg/L;选择区DO偏高导致磷无法充分释放,改善其厌氧状态有望使磷的去除效果进一步提高;CAST对氮的去除效果不明显,NH4-N和TN的平均去除率分别为28.6%和20.7%,这与污泥颗粒细小及SRT较短有着密切关系。

【Abstract】 Most researches on CAST at present in our country are based on pilot or batch test. As the result,the research conclusions usually can not be applied to practical production. In this study,based on productive test on CAST treating municipal sewerage was carried out. Removal characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorous are investigated. The result shows that when MLSS was 3 500 4 000 mg / L,periodic time was 4h,DO was 0 3 mg / L,COD load was 0. 3 0. 8kg /( m3·d),SRT was 6 8d and temperature was 15℃ 21℃,the removal efficiency of phosphorous was good. The average removal rate of TP reached82. 2%. The average concentration of effluent TP was 0. 25 mg / L. The DO in biological- selector was too high for the phosphorous to be released fully. The removal effect of phosphorous can be enhanced if anaerobic condition is improved. The removal efficiency of nitrogen was relatively poor. The average removal efficiency of NH4-N and TN was 28. 6% and 20. 7% respectively,which was closely correlated to the low SVI and short SRT.
