抗苗勒管激素的研究及应用进展

【摘要】 抗苗勒管激素(AMH)由睾丸支持细胞和卵巢颗粒细胞分泌,属于转化生长因子β超家族成员,通过与靶细胞膜上特异性受体结合,在男性性别分化及女性卵泡生长发育调节中起着重要作用。与其他生物学指标相比,AMH浓度相对稳定,已成为近年来的研究热点。AMH在临床上着广泛应用于小儿隐睾、男性不育症、女性多囊卵巢综合征等疾病的诊断,女性卵巢储备功能的评价以及辅助生殖技术中卵巢反应性的评估等。AMH亦与妇科肿瘤密切相关,作为肿瘤标记物,血清AMH水平的异常升高可用于卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的诊断及复发监测;另外,可在在转录和翻译水平检测到许多女性生殖系统肿瘤细胞抗苗勒管激素受体(AMHR)表达,且AMH对表达AMHR的肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭和转移有抑制作用,提示AMH信号转导途径有望成为特定妇科肿瘤新的治疗靶点。本文就抗苗勒管激素的研究及其应用进展作一综述。

【Abstract】 Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)is secreted by immature testicular Sertoli cells and ovarian granulosa cells.AMH belongs to the transforming growth factorβsuperfamily.AMH plays an important role in male sex differentiation and participatesin regulating follicular development and growth with binding to its specific receptors on the target cell membrane.Compared with other biological indicators,AMH is relatively stable in the different day of menstrual cycle.AMH has a wide range of clinical applications in the diagnosis for cryptorchidism in children,male infertility,women with polycystic ovary syndrome and other diseases.It also be used to assess female ovarian reserve function and ovarian response in assisted reproductive technology.The elevation of AMH level in serum may be a candidate marker for the diagnosis of granulosa cell tumors and monitor the clinical recurrence of tumor.Meantime,existing studies indicate that AMH receptor(AMHR)has been detected at the level of transcription and translation in a series of female reproductive system tumor cells.AMH inhibits cell proliferation,invasion and migration of cancer cell which express AMH receptor,and it can probably be used as a new drug for chemotherapy in the future.In this review,the current state-of-the-art research and applications of AMH were described.
