【摘要】 目的观察硫酸镁、左旋氨氯地平联合用药治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效。方法选择我科接收治疗的126例妊高征患者为研究对象,试验组(63例,采用硫酸镁静脉滴注),对照组(63例,硫酸镁+左旋氨氯地平);比较两组患者治疗后的顺产率、并发症发生率。结果试验组顺产率高于对照组(P=0.02);并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.03),具有统计学意义。结论联合用药治疗妊娠高血压综合征临床疗效显著,并发症少,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aimed to observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of magnesium sulfate,Levamlodipine Combined Medication in pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 126 cases of pregnancy patients with hypertension in our department were followed up retrospectively,and divided into the experimental group(63cases,using magnesium sulfate intravenously)and control group(63cases,magnesium sulfate+ amlodipine).The vaginal delivery,the rate of complications of two groups patients were compared after the treatment.Results The natural birth rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.02),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group(P=0.03).Conclusion Combination treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome has clinical curative effect and less complications,is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.更多还原
