镇江城市规划区建设用地适宜性评价
Suitability Assessment of Construction Land in Designated Urban Planning Zone of Zhenjiang
【摘要】 结合镇江城市规划区的地质环境特点,选取地形地貌、水文条件、工程地质、地质灾害、活动断裂与地震效应等五个方面10个因子作为重要因子,运用层次分析法(AHP)法确定各因子的权重,采用线性加权函数评价模型,对镇江城市规划区建设用地适宜性评价进行了评价。结果表明:研究区适宜性好和较好的面积占48%、适宜性一般、较差和差的分别占15.8%、8.2%和18%。为镇江城市规划用地选择提供决策依据。
【Abstract】 This paper assesses suitability of construction land in designated urban planning zone of Zhenjiang in terms of five factors such as landforms, hydrogeological conditions, engineering geological conditions, geological disasters, active fault and earthquake effect in combination with the geological and environmental characteristics by means of AHP to determine the weight of evaluation factors. The results show that the units with geological environment suitability account for 48%, the units with poor suitability accounts for 18%.
