胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能的康复治疗

【摘要】 目的:对胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能的康复治疗进行分析和探讨。方法:收集我院胫骨平台骨折接受相关手术治疗的患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组进行传统的术后康复治疗,观察组制定个性化的术后康复方案进行治疗,通过问卷调查的方式对两组患者在术后半年和术后一年的膝关节功能进行分析和比较。结果:根据HSS膝关节功能评分系统,观察组在术后半年和术后一年膝关节功能康复优良率明显大于对照组患者。两组患者的差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:根据患者的实际情况制定个性化的术后康复方案是促进胫骨平台骨折术患者膝关节功能快速恢复的有效方式,这种康复治疗的方式既安全又有效,因此可以进行临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: to tibial plateau fractures of the knee joint function after surgery for rehabilitation are analyzed and discussed. Methods: collected from patients with tibial plateau fractures treated with relevant operation of 120 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 60 cases, control group with the traditional postoperative rehabilitation therapy, observation group for postoperative rehabilitation scheme of personalized treatment, through the way of questionnaire survey on two groups of patients after surgery for half a year and a year of knee joint function after surgery for analysis and comparison. Results: according to HSS knee joint function scoring system, the observation group six months after surgery and postoperative knee function recovery was significantly greater than the control group patients a year. Two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: according to the actual situation of patients with postoperative rehabilitation of personalized solutions is to facilitate quick restoration of knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fracture surgery and effective way, the way of rehabilitation treatment to be both safe and effective, thus for clinical application.更多还原
