中医护理管理中的难点及对策分析

【摘要】 目的:对中医护理管理中的难点及对策进行深入分析并研究。方法:选取于2015年1月-2016年4月期间我院的中医护理人员共140例,随机分为参照组和实验组各70例,对分别应用常规中医护理管理和优化管理的效果进行对照研究。结果:实验组护理人员的护理质量评分、护理操作准确评分、护理差错评分均明显高于参照组,护理非常满意率和护理总满意率均明显高于参照组[59.29%、92.86%VS 32.14%、70.71%],组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理管理中还存在较多的难点,例如中医护理人员综合素质有待提高、护患沟通较少、中医护理管理体系不健全等问题,因此需要全面分析上述难点并采取针对性的措施来提高中医护理管理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:TCM nursing management difficulties and countermeasures in-depth analysis and research.Methods:in January 2015-Traditional Chinese nurses in our hospital 140 patients during April 2016,the reference group were randomly divided into experimental group(70 cases) were applied for routine care and management excellence TCM results were compared.Results:The experimental group of nursing care quality ratings,nursing accurate ratings,nursing error rates were significantly higher than the reference group,and nursing care is very satisfied with the rate of total satisfaction was significantly higher than the reference group [59.29%,92.86% VS 32.14%,70.71%]difference between groups by t test,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing management still exist many difficulties,such as the overall quality of Chinese medicine nursing staff needs to be improved,fewer nurse-patient communication in nursing management system is not perfect and so on,and therefore requires a comprehensive analysis of these difficulties and to take appropriate measures to TCM to improve the quality of nursing management.更多还原
