康复训练改善精神分裂症患者社会功能的探讨

【摘要】 目的:研究针对性的康复治疗改善精神病患者社会功能的作用。方法:将81例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(41例)和对照组(40例),实验组与对照组在维持原药物治疗不变的情况下,实验组采用药物联合康复训练,对照组采用药物和常规工娱疗,研究时间一年,每个季度进行个体和社会功能量表(PSP)的评估。结果:治疗前后两组的PSP的数据变化,研究组与对照组PSP总分及各因子分都有不同程度的提高(均P<0.05),但研究组明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:有针对性的进行精神病患者的康复治疗对改善患者的社会功能具有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect on the pertinence rehabilitation therapy to improve social function of patients with psychosis.Methods:81 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group(41 cases)and control group(40 cases),the experimental group and the control group in the maintenance treatment of drug unchanged.The experimental group used drugs combined with rehabilitation training while the control group using drugs and routine work and recreational therapy.The study lasted for one year, and assessed by the individual and social functioning scale(PSP)each quarter. Results Change in the two groups of PSP data before and after the treatment:the study group and the control group, the total PSP score and each factor score of the two groups were enhanced in different degree, but the study group was significantly higher than that of control group.(均 P<0.05).Conclusion:The pertinence rehabilitation treatment to psychiatric patients had a significant effect on improving the social function of patients and retard mental disability in a great degree.更多还原
