镇静技术在儿科检查中的临床应用护理

【摘要】 目的:探讨镇静技术在儿科临床检查中的应用和护理。方方方法法法:我院自2015年1月至5月对2463例患儿予镇静术行MRI、CT、心脏彩超等各项检查中,根据小儿的生理特点和心理特殊性在术前、术中和术后实施全面的、科学的护理。结果:2463例患儿检查效果满意,无严重并发症发生,顺利完成各项检查。结论:镇静技术在儿科诊疗中作为一项新兴有效技术应用于临床检查,护理对保障镇静技术的安全实施有重要的作用,全面、有效、即时的护理处置是确保小儿镇痛镇静术安全实施的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application and nursing of sedation in the pediatric clinical examination.Methods:in our hospital from January 2015 to May of 2463 cases of patients were treated with sedation for MRI, CT, cardiac ultrasound examination, according to the children’s physical characteristics and psychological particularity in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative after the implementation of a comprehensive and scientific nursing.Results:2463 patients examined with satisfactory results, no serious complications occurred, the successful completion of the examination.Conclusion:sedation in pediatric treatment as a new effective technique for clinical examination, to ensure the safety of nursing sedation technical implementation is important, comprehensive, effective nursing intervention is immediate key to ensure the safe implementation of pediatric analgesia sedation.更多还原
