激光治疗黄褐斑的临床观察及术后皮肤护理体会

【摘要】 目的:对临床上采用激光治疗黄褐斑的效果进行分析,并且对手术后的皮肤护理情况展开探讨。方法:选择在我院接受治疗的黄褐斑患者120例作为调查研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统药物进行治疗,观察组患者给予激光治疗,经过相关的治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析,并且对患者采用激光治疗后的皮肤护理状况进行阐述。结果:经过相关的治疗可以发现,观察组的治疗效果明显高过对照组,并且两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对于观察组患者来讲,采用激光治疗后应该根据患者自身的具体情况进行针对性的护理。结论:对于黄褐斑的治疗来讲,激光治疗的效果明显的高于传统药物治疗,值得在临床推广应用,但是对采用激光方式进行治疗的患者来讲应该注意手术后的皮肤护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to analyze the clinical use effect of the laser in the treatment of chloasma, and post-operative skin care case discussion. Methods: 120 cases with chloasma patients treated in our hospital as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. Control group using traditional Chinese medicine treatment, observation group patients give laser treatment, after the relevant treatment, treatment effect of two groups of patients were analyzed, and nursing for patients with laser therapy after skin condition. Results: after related treatment can be found, the curative effect of observation group was obviously higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05), for observation group of patients, with laser therapy should be done according to the actual circumstances of the patient’s own corresponding nursing. Conclusion: for the treatment of chloasma, laser treatment effect is significantly higher than that of traditional drugs, is worth popularizing in clinical application, but for patients treated with laser way should pay attention to skin care after surgery.更多还原
