百令胶囊联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗复发性亚急性甲状腺炎的疗效评价

【摘要】 目的:观察百令胶囊联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果。方法:对在我院2015年1月至2015年6月期间门诊治疗32例亚急性甲状腺炎患者,随机分为单用小剂量糖皮质激素对照组和小剂量糖皮质激素与百令胶囊联合治疗观察组,比较两组患者临床症状缓解时间、体征消失时间、复发率、总体有效率。结果:观察组患者总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺疼痛缓解时间观察组与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),但甲状腺肿消失时间观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组均无明显药物不良反应。结论:百令胶囊联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗复发性亚急性甲状腺炎,可显著缓解临床症状、缩短甲状腺肿大时间,复发率低,无明显不良反应,提高患者就诊满意率,是复发性亚急性甲状腺炎治疗的一种新尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observing the clinical effect of bailing capsule combination with small dose of glucocorticoid treating recurrent subacute thyroiditis.Method:Choosing 32 patients with subacute thyroiditis in my hospital between January 2015 and June 2015,redomly dividing into two groups(contal group and observation group);comparing the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time,the recurrence rate and overall efficency.Result:The overall efficency and the clinical symptoms disappeared time between the two groups have statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);thyroid pain relief time between the two groups has no ststistical difference(P > 0.05);two groups have no obvious adverse drug reactions.Conclusion: Bailing capsule combination with small dose of glucocorticoid treating recurrent subacute thyroiditis is a new attempt which not only significantly relieve the clinical symptoms but also has no obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
