基于光电测色法的牛乳体细胞快速检测装置设计
Design and test of the device for detecting somatic cell in raw milk based on photoelectric technology
【摘要】 基于酶反应原理和光电传感器方法设计成易于应用的在线检测装置。将牛乳样品与酶底物试剂混合反应后,放入检查装置中,光源照射待测样品后反射到光电传感器;检测装置完成信号处理性能,显示颜色变化差值或者通过蓝牙模块存储到智能设备上,然后根据体细胞数与颜色变化差值关系曲线推算出体细胞数,可以在5 min内完成牛乳样品的体细胞检测。验证试验表明,直接显微法与本检测方法之间,输出结果的相关系数为0.9528,具有良好的一致性。结论:使用酶反应的检查装置是一种易于使用的方法,用于协助诊断牛奶中的乳房炎。
【Abstract】 In this paper, using esterase test and optical sensor method is designed to be easy to use on-line detection device. First, the milk sample reacts reagent ester, placed into on-line detection device; second the optical sensor captures the reflection light form irradiating milk sample by the detection device; third, the detection device completes the signal processing performance, display light intensity or using Bluetooth module store light intensity in the smart device, finally, according to SCC and light intensity relation curve to calculate SCC, and the detection device completes detecting SCC of the milk samples within the 5min. The results showed that the esterase test of detecting SCC is positive correlation with the direct microscopic method and showed that the correlation coefficient between the direct microscopic method and the esterase test was 0.9528. In conclusion, the detection device using esterase reaction is a kind of method is easy to use, to assist in the diagnosis of mastitis in milk.
