基于低温省煤器的回热系统最佳焓升分配研究
Study of the Optimum Enthalpy Rise Distribution of a Low Temperature Economizer Recuperative System
【摘要】 针对带有低温省煤器的N300机组,建立有大量外部热量引入时最佳焓升分配的数学模型,并利用遗传算法对焓升进行优化。结果表明:优化后的方案利用更多低参数抽汽节省了更多高参数的抽汽,相比于未优化的机组,煤耗降低了0.54 g,节能效果显著,因此对有大量外部热量引入的回热系统重新进行焓升分配是非常有必要的。
【Abstract】 For a N300 unit equipped with a low temperature economizer,established was a mathematical model for optimum enthalpy rise distribution when a large quantity of heat was being introduced from the outside world and utilized was the genetic algorithm to optimize the enthalpy rise. The calculation results show that the optimized version can utilize more steam extracted at low parameters,thus save more steam extracted at high parameters. Compared with the units not optimized,the coal consumption rate of the optimized unit will decrease by 0. 54 g,thus achieving an obvious energy-saving result and indicating that to conduct an enthalpy rise distribution once again is most necessary for a recuperative system into which a large quantity of heat is being introduced from the outside world.
