煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉的热效率计算方法研究

【摘要】 对于将煤粉与高炉煤气混烧的锅炉,由于其特有的燃料性质以及由此带来的锅炉尾部受热面的不同设置方式,加上入炉煤量难以准确计量的问题,使得该类锅炉的效热率计算和修正有别于传统方法。在GB 10184-1988《电站锅炉性能试验规程》的基础上,结合燃料性质和锅炉尾部受热面的设置特点,分析得到了将煤粉与高炉煤气混烧锅炉的热效率计算和修正方法,结果可为该类锅炉的效率测试和计算提供参考。

【Abstract】 Due to the special properties of blast furnace gas( BFG) and the resulting different settings for the boiler heatingsurface,along with the measurement difficulty of quantifying fuels entering furnace,the method for calculating andcorrecting the thermal efficiency of boiler mixedly burning pulverized coal and BFG is different from the traditional way. Based on GB10184-1988《Performance test code of utility boiler》,a calculation and correction model for the thermal efficiency of mixedly-burned boiler was put forward. It takes into account the properties of fuel and the setting characteristics of the boiler tail heating surface. The results can provide reference for the thermal efficiency test and calculation of such boiler.
