基于SVM算法的睡眠监护系统设计

【摘要】 睡眠监护是睡眠质量分析中重要的部分,但是目前的睡眠监护系统的产品价格普遍昂贵,而且会给监护对象带来不适的感觉。本文提出了基于SVM算法的睡眠监护系统,以便可以实时的掌握监护对象的睡眠情况。本系统硬件部分由服务器、蓝牙声音传感器构成。蓝牙声音传感器负责数据的采集,服务器负责数据的解析和管理。在服务器解析过程中,SVM算法对提取的特征值进行训练,通过预测睡眠状态标签对比专家判断睡眠状态标签,证明该算法有效实用。

【Abstract】 Sleep states monitoring is an important part of the analysis of sleep quality, however, the state-of-art the price of sleep states monitoring system is generally expensive, and it will bring the uncomfortable to subjects. In this paper, a sleep states monitoring system based on SVM algorithm is proposed in order to control the sleeping conditions of the subjects in real time. The hardware of the system is composed of the server and bluetooth voice sensor. Bluetooth voice sensor is responsible for collection of data, the server is used for the analysis and management of data. In the process of analyzing the server, the SVM algorithm is applied to train the extracted feature values, and it is proved that the algorithm is effective and practical by using the prediction of the sleeping conditions label.
