海绵城市建设的新途径-雨水雨能联合利用

【摘要】 针对城市内涝严重、水资源短缺、水环境恶化等水问题,讨论了海绵城市与雨水收集利用的关系,提出城市暴雨管理的一种新观点——雨水雨能联合利用(Co-use of Rain Water&Rain Energy,RWRE)。以屋面雨水收集为例,给出了其水雨能联合收集利用模式,介绍了实现RWRE的雨能发电、雨水电化处理、积水助排等几项关键技术,并介绍了世界上第一座采用RWRE模式建成的雨水电站——位于金华市茂盛岩土工程有限公司厂区内的小型雨水雨能联合收集利用系统,分析了RWRE的应用前景。分析认为,相对于传统的雨水收集利用模式,RWRE具有环境友好、节能降耗、产投比高、能协同缓解城市水问题等优势,可以通过雨水管网连接和自然能互补发电两项措施分别解决RWRE雨水收集量不足和雨能品质差的问题,从而为海绵城市建设提供了一条新途径。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the severe waterlogging,water resources shortage,water environment deterioration,etc.,the relationship between sponge city and rainwater harvesting and application was discussed,and a new viewpoint about urban rainstorm management was proposed: Co- use of Rain Water & Rain Energy( RWRE). Taking roof rainwater harvesting for instance,a RWRE mode was given. Then the key techniques to realize RWRE were introduced,such as rain power generation,electrochemical treatment of rain water,assisted water logging drainage. As the example of RWRE,a mini- type RWRE system located at Maosheng Geotechnical Engineering Ltd. in Jinhua City was introduced,which is the first rain power station in the world. The conclusions indicate that RWRE has the advantages of environmental protection,energy- saving and consumption reducing,high yield to investment ratio,synergistically solving urban water issues,compared with the traditional rainwater harvesting; and the problems of the inadequate rainwater collection and poor rain energy quality for RWRE can be respectively solved by the rainwater pipe network and the natural energies hybrid power supply system. RWRE provides a new way to construct sponge city.
