【摘要】 挥发性钢板冲压喷雾油具有低黏度、易挥发、防腐防锈及润滑性能好的特点。根据钢板加工混合润滑的特点,选用精制的无色、无刺激性窄馏分轻质油作为基础油。通过考察不同油性剂和极压抗磨剂的摩擦性能,筛选了双酯型油性剂和磷酸酯及硫磷剂进行复配以提高油品的润滑性能。同时选择了适合的防锈剂以保证油品具有良好的防腐防锈性能。并且根据实际工况条件要求建立了油品的部分模拟评定试验方法,研制的油品经过应用证明其性能可以满足实际加工工况的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The steel volatile press oil exhibits good properties,namely low viscosity and volatile,antirust and anticorrosion properties,lubricating property. According to the process of pressing steel,the hydrotreated narrow fraction light oil was chosen as base oil because of its colourless and non- irritating characteristics. Considering of the friction properties of oiliness additives and AW additives,diester,phosphate and S- P additives were added to base oil to improve the lubricating property as a compound agent. Meanwhile the suitable antirust additives were added to obtain good antirust and anticorrosion properties. Simulating the punch- press operation conditions,evaluation methods were established to test the formulated pressing oil. The test data showed the press oil can be satisfied with the request of actual operation conditions.更多还原
