离子液体辅助超声制备CdS/Fe2O3及光催化性能研究
Ionic Liquid-assisted Ultrasonic Synthesis of CdS/Fe2O3 and Its Photocatalytic Properties
【摘要】 以水和离子液体溶液为溶剂采用超声技术制备了CdS/Fe2O3复合光催化剂。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面分析(BET)、紫外-可见吸收光谱对CdS/Fe2O3进行了表征。结果表明,在离子液体合成的CdS/Fe2O3具有较大的比表面积,相比于水中合成的CdS/Fe2O3复合物其吸收带边发生红移。光催化实验表明,离子液体中合成的CdS/Fe2O3(IL)具有较好的光催化活性。这可能是由于离子液体与超声协同对催化剂的形貌、粒径和比表面积起到调控作用。
【Abstract】 The composite photocatalyst of Cd S / Fe2O3 was synthesized by ultrasonic method in the presence of ionic liquids or aqueous. The Cd S / Fe2O3 were characterized by the X-ray diffraction( XRD), scanning electron microscope( SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller( BET) and UV-Vis spectrograph. The results show Cd S / Fe2O3( IL) synthesized in ionic liquids has a large specific surface area. The ultraviolet absorption edge of Cd S / Fe2O3( IL) prepared in ionic liquids happens to red-shift comparing to in water. Photocatalytic experiment indicates that the Cd S / Fe2O3 prepared in ionic liquids exhibit better photocatalytic effect. It may be attributed to morphologies,particles size and surface area of catalyst controlled by synergistic effect of ionic liquids and ultrasound.
