【摘要】 我国生产性服务业总量逐渐增大,结构逐步趋于优化,但与我国工业增速和制造业发展的要求相比还较为滞后。我国生产性服务业发展滞后源于有效需求不足、供给失衡、信息化不足和研发投入少、对外开放度低以及体制机制障碍。加快发展生产性服务业应从有序推进重点领域发展、优化推进重点区域布局、稳步推进对外开放、实施需求创新工程、实施供给创新工程、实施信息化创新工程、实施制度环境创新工程等方面着手。更多还原

【Abstract】 The gross scale of the producer services in China has be gradually increasing and the structure of that gradually tends to be optimized, but the development of the producer services in China is still lagging compared with the growth rate and the development requirements of the industries in China. The lagging of the producer services in China results from the insufficient effective demand, imbalanced supply, lower informatization and R&D investment,slow openness and obstructed system and mechanism. To accelerate the development of the producer services in China should orderly promote the development of key fields, optimizationally promote the key regional distribution,steadily promote the openness, implement the demand innovation project, implement the supply innovation project,implement technology innovation project and implement the system environment innovation project and so on.更多还原
