台农系列菠萝品种特性的比较分析

【摘要】 对12个台农菠萝品种进行试种,比较各品种特性。结果表明:12个菠萝品种的株高变幅为47.60~92.40 cm;叶长变幅为54.40~97.00 cm,叶宽变幅为4.28~6.48 cm;大多数为无刺品种,各品种叶面颜色有所不同;圆锥形果和圆柱形果居多,各品种果皮颜色由黄绿色至金黄色,果肉颜色大多数为淡黄色。其中10个品种的单果重大于650 g,6个品种的果实可溶性固形物含量高于15%,总酸含量最低的为台农19号,Vc含量最高的为台农4号,粗纤维含量高的品种有台农1号、2号和20号,菠萝蛋白酶含量高于500 U/g的品种有台农13、16-19号。从果实大小、果形外观、口感品质3方面综合评价,台农16-19号符合当前生产和消费需求,适于在中国菠萝主产区推广种植。

【Abstract】 Variety comparison trial involved 12 Tainong pineapple varieties was conducted for variety characteristics analysis. The results showed that plant height, leaf length and leaf width of 12 pineapple varieties ranged respectively from 47.60-92.40 cm, 54.40-97.00 cm and 4.28-6.48 cm. Most of the tested varieties had no leaf thorn. All the varieties were different in leaf color. And a mixed proportion was observed between conical fruit and cylindrical fruit. Fruit peel colored from yellow green to golden yellow, with most flesh being pale yellow.Single fruit of 10 varieties weighed over 650 g, and fruit soluble solid content of 6 varieties was beyond 15%.Among 12 varieties, Tainong No. 19 was with the lowest fruit total acid content, Tainong No.4 was with the highest Vitamin C content. The crude fiber contents of Tainong No.1, No.2, and No.20 were higher than the rest.Varieties with pineapple protease content being higher than 500 U/g included Tainong No.13, No.16 to 19.According to comprehensive consideration of fruit size and weight, fruit shape and appearance, fruit taste and quality, Tainong No.16 to 19 could meet current production and consumption needs, suitable for planting in the main production area of pineapple in China.
